Business Resilience

Business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience frameworks designed to withstand regulatory scrutiny and real disruption.

We design and test business continuity and operational resilience programs aligned with ISO 22301 and sector-specific regulator expectations.

What we cover

  • ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System implementation
  • Business impact analysis with quantified RTO and RPO targets
  • Disaster recovery plan design and tabletop/live exercises
  • Operational resilience frameworks for CBUAE and SAMA mandates
  • Crisis communication and executive playbooks

What you receive

A BCMS aligned to ISO 22301, tested DR runbooks, and resilience evidence packs for your regulator.

Our approach

Resilience programs are only credible if tested. We design the BCMS to ISO 22301, define RTO and RPO targets with business owners, build or review DR runbooks, and then run tabletop and live exercises. Lessons from exercises feed back into the plan on a documented cycle.

Typical engagement

  1. Phase 1. BIA and dependency mapping (3–4 weeks)
  2. Phase 2. BCMS design and documentation (4–6 weeks)
  3. Phase 3. DR runbook validation (2–4 weeks)
  4. Phase 4. Tabletop exercise and management review
