No advisor-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or by submitting an enquiry. Formal engagements, including scope, deliverables, fees, and liability terms, are governed exclusively by a separate written engagement contract executed between The Risk Labs and the client.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
